What to Document

After any incident, document the date and time, guest description, what you observed, what action you took, and who else witnessed it.

The Incident Log

All refusals and incidents go in the manager incident book before end of shift.

Shift Handoff

Always communicate to the next shift any guests who were refused or should be monitored.
