Slurred speech

Unsteady on their feet

Becoming louder or more aggressive
Overly friendly or emotional
Repeating themselves
Difficulty ordering
The 0-10 Scale
0-3: Clearly sober, serve normally
4-6: Monitor closely, slow service
7-8: Last drink, water and food only
9-10: Refuse service, offer safe ride home
